– Leadership, Supervision and Management of accounting transitions related to AP, AR, Tax, audit etc.

– Assist in finalization of Accounts, Statutory and Tax Audits, Financial Accounting for India GAAP, US GAAP,IFRS.

– Financial Accounting including General Ledger Accounting (R2R), Accounts Payable (AP/P2P), Accounts Receivable including Revenue Accounting (AR/C2C), Fixed Assets Accounting, Branch /Intercompany Accounting, Project Accounting of India & Overseas operations.

– Taxation including Income Tax (Corporate Tax, Deferred Tax, Payroll tax, Withholding taxes, WCT, Professional Tax related matters, Service Tax.

– Budgeting, Annual Operating Plans and review and prepare monthly reports

– Coordination with offices spread over various location in India and abroad. Dealing with stakeholders

– Solid prior F&A experience in a structured global environment.
